Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes
- 1 8oz. can tomato sauce
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Cut up green and red bell peppers. Chop white onion.
- In a large, deep pot, add olive oil to a pan and brown the ground beef.
- Add onion and peppers to the browned beef. Mix together.
- Add garlic, italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until combined.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chicken broth. Stir.
- Add cover and bring to a light boil. Stir in cooked rice and enjoy!
