Claudette’s Slammin’ Chili

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 16 oz. cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 16oz. cans chili beans
  • 1 pkg. chili mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeƱos
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce


  1. Brown beef with a little onion powder and garlic powder. Drain.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Stir well and simmer 1 hour.
